Rescheduling Policy:
I understand that life happens, and I’m happy to accommodate occasional rescheduling when possible.
However, repeated rescheduling impacts availability, workflow, and income.
Reschedule Limits
Clients may reschedule a session up to one (1) time without penalty, provided notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.
Multiple Reschedules
If a client requests to reschedule more than once:
• A rescheduling fee will be required to secure a new date, or
• The original session fee may be forfeited at my discretion.
Short-Notice Reschedules
Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled session time may be treated as a cancellation and are subject to forfeiture of the session fee.
Weather & Photographer-Initiated Reschedules
Weather-related reschedules or reschedules initiated by the photographer do not count toward the client’s reschedule limit.

bookings to ensure fairness and availability for all clients.

HARASSMENT & CharGe Dispute Policy
I am committed to providing a respectful, professional experience for all clients. In return, I require the same level of respect.
Harassment Policy:
Any form of harassment, intimidation, aggressive, abusive, or disrespectful communication—including excessive messaging, threats, or hostile language—will not be tolerated. If such behavior occurs, I reserve the right to immediately terminate services without refund.
Charge Disputes & Payment Reversals:
By booking a session, the client acknowledges that services rendered are not limited to final image delivery.
Services rendered include, but are not limited to:
• The photographer’s time (pre-session communication, planning, shooting, and post-processing)
• The photography session itself
• Professional equipment use and wear
• Travel time and travel-related expenses
• Administrative, editing, and workflow labor
Because these services are performed at or before the time of the session, initiating a credit card chargeback or
payment dispute due to editing timelines or gallery delivery delays is not acceptable and constitutes a breach of this agreement.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal is initiated for any reason after services have been rendered:
• A dispute handling fee equal to all fees incurred by the payment processor and administrative costs will be added to the client’s balance.
• Any images, galleries, or services already delivered will be considered fully rendered.
• The client will be permanently ineligible to book future sessions.
Outstanding Balances
Unpaid balances resulting from chargebacks or disputes may be sent to collections and/or pursued through legal means if necessary.
Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who violates these policies or creates an unsafe or hostile working environment.
